National Australia Bank will scrap its controversial Introducer Program, in a bid to improve its reputation after the banking royal commission. NAB’s head of broker services Anthony Waldron admitted to the commission that the Introducer Program had breached responsible lending laws — which could expose the bank to both criminal and civil charges.
