The application process will ask for various items
of information and we realise it maybe necessary to

Step 1 of 5.
The online application process will take approximately
15 minutes (depending on whether you have all information
to hand). An application can be recommenced at any time
and will require details of:
- Personal particulars
- Employment (both present and past)
- Educational history
- Licenses
- References
Following completion of the application, you will receive
a confirming email and a second email containing the Tax Invoice
for your Application and Membership Fee. Upon receipt of the
funds, the application will be submitted to the Membership
Committee in the Chapter you have selected. If your application
is successful, a Membership Pack will be forwarded to you and
the Chapter Secretary will be in contact to advise of the next
meeting details.

I make this application to join the Australian Institute
of Professional Investigators (AIPI) in my personal capacity
and understand that membership of the AIPI is a privilege
extended to me and is not a right to which I am automatically
entitled.
I consent to the release and disclosure of all information
about me to the AIPI Membership Committee and National Executive
for the purpose of consideration of this application. I
authorise the AIPI to make all such inquiries and obtain
all such information as is required for the purpose of this
application, including criminal history checks (if deemed
necessary).
I declare that the information provided by me in this application
is complete and true. I understand that any false, misleading
or deliberately omitted information may result in this application
being declined.
I understand that any statement, whether orally or in writing,
in or in connection with, or in support of, an application
for membership of the AIPI, which later found to be false
or misleading, may result in discipline action and the suspension
or cancellation of membership.
I agree to abide by the Code of Ethics of the Institute
and should it be found that I have breached the Code, I
understand that a discipline hearing may be held that may
result in my membership being suspended or cancelled.
I will promote the aims and objectives of the AIPI and
agree to be bound by the Constitution and Regulations (can
be found here).
