The Racing Integrity Commissioner (RIC) is a newly established independent statutory appointment that oversees integrity in the racing industry, provides advice and works in cooperation with controlling bodies, law enforcement, regulatory and other agencies, to ensure the highest standards of integrity are achieved within the Victorian Racing Industry.
The Office of the Racing Integrity Commissioner is seeking to appoint an Investigation Manager to establish and maintain the investigation capabilities of the office.
As Manager, Investigations you will work within a small multi-disciplinary team that provides the RIC with support to carry out his functions under the Racing Legislation Amendment (Racing Integrity Assurance) Act 2009.
In this role, your focus will be to establish, manage, upervise and/or conduct investigations on behalf of the Commissioner in accordance with instructions and investigation action plans.
Your experience will include leading end to end investigations whilst ensuring compliance with current legislation, government policies, industry codes of conduct and judicial processes. Solid leadership skills and
demonstrated experience in maintaining stakeholder relations will ensure your success in this role.
