“Invitation for Expressions of Interest for the Provision of Apprenticeship and Traineeship Regulatory Field Services in Victoria
The Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority (VRQA) is a statutory authority in Victoria’s Education and Training portfolio. The VRQA’s purpose is to regulate for quality learning outcomes in safe and well-governed environments.
The VRQA has published an Invitation for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the Provision of Regulatory Field Services on the Tenders Victoria website.
The Services are required in order to fulfil the VRQA’s regulatory function with respect to apprenticeships and traineeships.
The objective of the Services is to confirm that apprentices and trainees are receiving appropriate, relevant and high quality formal education and on-the-job training and experience by monitoring the compliance of employers, apprentices and trainees with the requirements of their training contracts in accordance with legislation.
Since the Services comprise activities requiring a diverse range of skills and capabilities, the VRQA would like to encourage a range of industries to consider responding to the EOI, including those industries that may not consider themselves as typical suppliers of these Services.
To view the EOI, follow this link to the Tenders Victoria website: https://www.tenders.vic.gov.au/tenders/tender/display/tender-details.do?id=10100&action=display-tender-details or alternatively go the Tenders Victoria website and search the Tenders section using the search term “EOI 1718-035 CW24150”. You will need to register on the website to view the EOI documents.
The EOI was published on the Tenders Victoria website on Wednesday 1 November 2017 and closes at 1:00pm AEDT, Monday 27 November 2017.”
