Sam Henderson will be banned from providing financial services for three years. ASIC found that he “failed to act in the best interests of clients” or to “provide appropriate advice”. During the banking royal commission it was revealed his staff had impersonated clients to their superannuation funds, he had misrepresented his university qualifications and that he had offered advice that would have led to a client immediately losing $500,000.
