Spies in the skies: WA Police to hit criminals with surveillance drone force – 13 November 2019

The state government will be deploying a new fleet of state-of-the-art aerial drones (ie with thermal imaging technology, High Def recording cameras etc) They will be used in criminal investigations and search and rescue operations.
