Attorney-General Vickie Chapman to introduce new whistleblower legislation, allowing them to go public without fear of payback – 15 May 2018

South Australian public servants would be allowed to go public three months after reporting misconduct or maladministration to government agencies if there were no significant action taken. They would be legally protected from retribution in terms of employment or promotion.
