ASIC this month laid four charges against Mr Palmer for dishonestly gaining an advantage and dishonestly using his position as the director of a corporation. Charges relate to allegations taking place in 2013
Horizon Oil fires CEO amid bribery probe – 28 February 2020
Horizon Oil has fired chief executive Michael Sheridan as an investigation continues into an alleged $15 million bribery scandal in Papua New Guinea. An independent committee is investigating the alleged 2011 payment to secure a petroleum license.
