A former Apple executive in the US was just accused of insider trading – 14 February 2019
Gene Levoff, who was Apple’s senior director of corporate law and corporate secretary, was accused of insider trading by the Securities and Exchange Commission on several occasions from 2011 to 2016. He has been accused of exploiting his position to unlawfully trade Apple securities ahead of Apple quarterly earnings announcements.
