Iran central bank bans cryptocurrency dealings – 23 April 2018
DUBAI (Reuters) – Iran’s central bank has banned the country’s banks from dealing in cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, over money-laundering concerns, the state news agency IRNA reported on Sunday as the country tries to halt a currency crisis.

Japanese Police Arrest 12 in $1.8 Million Fake Fiat/Bitcoin Fraud – 19 April 2018
A joint investigation between Tokyo and Hyogo police into an alleged fraud involving a bitcoin worth ¥190 million has led to the arrests of 12 individuals in total.
