New Whistleblower Laws due to take effect 1 July – 11 April 2019
The new Whistleblower Laws introduced on July 1st expand whistleblower protections regarding all Australian companies. There is a a requirement for larger Australian companies to introduce a Whistleblower Policy and new significant penalties for breaches of whistleblower protections, ranging up to $10.5million.
